I ordered $170 worth of products on 7/15 and have not received them 3 weeks later. I have been using this company for Redken products for 4 years with no problems until now.
My credit card was charged but no product received. Tracking information says USPS has not received the goods yet but they have received electronic notice that a package will be sent. Phone number 866-336-5351 is not being answered.
Emails to 'email@example.com' not being answered. I have asked my credit card company to remove the charge from my account because I have seen so many complaints that I fear I will never receive my order.
